Bringing a deeply moving and dramatic programme featuring Brahms’ monumental Piano Trio No. 2, Menuhin Hall regulars the Sitkovetsky Trio will be closing our season. One of the most exceptional piano trios of our time, their thoughtful and committed approach has brought the ensemble critical acclaim and invitations to renowned concert halls around the world, from the Amsterdam Concertgebouw and London’s Wigmore Hall to the Lincoln Center, New York. This remarkable Trio comprises two outstanding Menuhin School alumni — violinist Alexander Sitkovetsky and pianist Wu Qian — and highly acclaimed cellist Isang Enders.
