How To Get Your Tickets

1. Book your desired number of tickets and await an email from us confirming your order. This is NOT a ticket.

2. Collect your ticket(s) from the venue’s box office on the performance date, allowing plenty of time to do so. Ensure that you take personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

• This experience is scary and designed with brave adults in mind, the event organisers therefore highly recommend that visitors be aged 16 and over.  They take no responsibility for any trauma or therapy that your child might require after experiencing this attraction.
